Dr. Stone is a graduate of the University of Louisville School of Medicine and trained in General Surgery at Marshall University School of Medicine in Huntington, WV and University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in San Antonio, TX. Dr. Stone is a member of the Kentucky Medical Association. He is a past Delegate and Trustee to the Kentucky Medical Association.

He is a native of Winchester, KY and resides with his wife and children in Madison County. His interests include golf, music, and theater.
